The use of credits allows you to budget while providing flexibility. Activities that incur a cost are charged in credits.
We provide a simple online report that allows you to track your costs and prompts you to order more credits when you need them.

- There is a one-off fee for registering a transceiver on the Pole Star Fleet Management System.
This is not charged again unless you run out of credits. - The daily service charge is incurred from the day the transceiver is registered to the service.
- Credits can be purchased in packs of 900, 1800, 2,700 and 3,600. You will receive a warning when you are running out of credits. (A typical user might consume 250 - 350 credits per month.)
- Credits are not refundable and may only be applied to the transceiver for which they are purchased.
