- Pole Star DSAS
Pole Star offers the Pole Star DSAS, an Inmarsat D+ based unit dedicated to SSAS. The DSAS is designed to provide completely reliable performance, absolutely essential in the modern maritime environment. Proven in service, Pole Star's SOLAS XI/2-6 compliant system has an integral battery back-up, so if the worst happens and all other communication is lost, your vessel will keep reporting for at least five days on reserve power.
