Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities:

 

  • Processing invoices and gaining the necessary approvals for four entities (UK, Australia, USA, Singapore)
  • Processing monthly cash and credit card expenses for global expense holders
  • Monthly supplier statement reconciliation and expense analysis
  • Dealing with supplier enquiries relating to invoices and statements as and when required
  • Provide assistance with any ad hoc project work

Essential Skills:

  • At least 1 year experience of working within a finance department
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of SAP Business One
