Product Billings Clerk

We are looking for Product Billings Clerk will take ownership of billings and collections process and will be responsible for managing the invoices, working closely with the Billings Manager.  This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join a fast-moving growing company at an important time in our business expansion.

 

The role would suit a graduate, and we offer study support if you wish to further your career with ACCA or CIMA accreditation. This would be after 6 months service and offers financial contribution towards studying, exams and study leave.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact clients in the governments market, in a professional manner, for all financial matters
  • Process orders received for compliance services
  • Completing contract billing for clients in the governments market, according to signed contracts
  • Manage the data centre to data centre (DC2DC) billing process and ensure invoices / payments are issued in a timely manner
  • Provide the first point of contact for incoming financial queries in relation to the LRIT product
  • Bi-weekly internal reporting on debtors within the government market
  • Support and manage clients, in the governments market, through advising them of their financial obligations as per signed agreements.
  • Monthly bank and Intercompany reconciliations

 

Essential Skills:

  • Preferably 1-5 years’ experience of working within a finance department
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills, both in writing and on the phone

 

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of SAP Business One

  • Adaptable and quick to learn
  • Strong motivation to develop your skills and adopt best practice

SALARY and PACKAGE:

Based in fashionable and well-located West London office. Adjacent to Westfield Shopping Centre, Shepherds Bush train station and Latimer Road tube station.

  • Full time and permanent role
