SUMMARY

As an IT Security Engineer, you will be responsible for firewall and information security systems. In this role you will ensure appropriate system resources and configurations are in place to support secure enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong networking background with load balancing and content delivery skills as well as experience administering next-generation firewalls with advanced features such as NAT, transparent deployments, IDS/IPS, URL inspection, HTTPS decryption, and anti-virus. Primary responsibilities will include support and administration of next-generation firewalls, network security monitoring systems, and other related technologies. This role is to be based out of our office in St. Petersburg, FL with some ability to work remotely as needed.

WORK SCHEDULE NOTE

While this position is scheduled for a traditional Monday – Friday work week, our systems run 24/7/365 and as such, you will be expected to perform out of hours, on-call support on an as needed basis. This may include weekends and/or holidays and is worked on a rotation system with other team members. Additional compensation may be available for working on-call, standby or holiday hours.

This position requires completion of an FBI Summary History Report (i.e. background check) and may require a security clearance in the future. Employment is based on satisfactorily being able to complete both the FBI Summary History Report and the future security clearance.

This position requires use of or access to information subject to the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”) or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”). Accordingly, all applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of these regulations.
