Sales Enablement is a UK management position responsible for deploying programs and initiatives that enable customer-facing teams to execute the core-aspects of their jobs more effectively, especially as it relates to selling and revenue performance.
You will provide our sales team members with the learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth and success. Partnering with the sales team, you will develop and execute impactful, data-driven solutions for transforming the sales process. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration.
You will also be responsible for assessing training needs across sales programs and audiences and make recommendations on appropriate solutions for achieving the intended sales training objectives. Engaging with local and overseas sales team on key issues around content needs, deployment strategies and measures of success.

Remote working available but ideally based in SE England as attending London office regularly as needed to conduct the function
