Additional Information:

In May 2020, U.S. regulators released an advisory aimed at the maritime industry, making it clear that all entities must significantly improve their compliance programmes to avoid breaching U.S. sanctions. Closely following this, the UK released similar sanctions guidance, echoing OFAC’s key points.

“No company is too big, or too small, to fail.”

Now, there has never been a more pressing need to ensure that you have a comprehensive sanctions compliance programme in place. With the consequences of non-compliance ranging from reputational damage, to huge financial costs, staying on the right side of regulators is critical for future stability.

In this webinar, our two industry experts will be discussing:

  • The key areas of regulatory focus and how they expose you to risk
  • The recent changes in regulation and what they mean
  • Key elements of a robust sanctions compliance program and how to implement them
  • Important technologies that can assist with regulatory exposure in maritime trade
