My colleagues David C. (VP Federal Sales), Alex Field (MD Pole Star Defense) and I will present a live overview of our Maritime Transparency Index (MTI) and present a use-case involving recent Venezuelan oil tanker seizures. 
 
The session will examine how MTI applies a six-level transparency scale to vessel risk assessment and how it identifies flag hopping, AIS manipulation, deceptive shipping practices and dark activity. 
 
We will leave plenty of time for Q&A for defense and public-sector use-cases. Our presentation will address issues facing maritime enforcement, defense intelligence, port risk assessment and sanctions implementation.
